Our PI John Njenga Karugia recently published a German-language article for the Federal Agency for Civic Education (Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung/bpb). In it, he examines transregional railway projects, their impact on development and the criticism they face. He explores how these projects are changing the continent, what new connections are being created and how African countries are using them to their advantage.
