CONNECTIVITY IN SCIENCE – TODAY. TOMORROW. FUTURE.
The annual conference of the Arab-German Young Academy of Sciences and Humanities (AGYA) will take place in Sharjah, UAE, from 17-20 November 2025. It is organized by AGYA in partnership with the University of Sharjah and the University of Khorfakkan. Our co-speaker Claudia Derichs will participate in the panel discussion ‘Connectivity in Science: Arab-German Research Cooperation’, which forms part of the public programme.
Under the topic CONNECTIVITY IN SCIENCE – TODAY. TOMORROW. FUTURE, the conference will bring together renowned Arab and German scholars, high-ranking policymakers, and pioneering innovators to explore how interdisciplinary collaboration can address some of the most pressing challenges of our time. The participants will exchange ideas and envision opportunities for future research cooperation on topics such as urban sustainability, peacebuilding, water management, personalized medicine, as well as innovations in technology and space.
